New scrapbook pages

Here are some scrapbook pages, I've worked on the last few months.

Christmas! A little late, but oh well. :)

This one I just barely finished. It had become the bane of my existence the last few days. I know, it looks very simple and not that hard. But for some reason, it took me FOREVER to think of a layout, what paper to use, etc. Then, I would have an idea, cut out stuff, and not like it. It was on the kitchen table for a couple of days. I FINALLY settled on the green and purple theme and that helped it to all come together. It's so funny, how scrapbooking can take so much time! I really, really wish I were more creative and FASTER at this. I think one of my problems is lack of paper. I have some cute paper, but not a whole lot and that can really set you back and make it difficult to make a cute page. I try to buy a lot when Joanne's has 6 sheets/$1 sale. Scrapbooking can be so expensive!

This one, I got the idea from a lady's blog I follow. She is so incredibly talented. I love looking at her blog and getting ideas. Her blog is here. I can only wish to be as good as her.

However, I have come a long way compared to when I first started almost a year ago. Those pages are almost embarrassing to look at!
